Sorry but that's not correct, BFBC2 has a cap @ 200fps.

I frequently reach the CAP with my 6970's.

What's the point of over 60FPS? You don't have a 120Hz monitor (assuming you're using the 32")

becasue 60 fps isnt truly 60 fps, its not smooth, getting well over that helps make it smoother to the eye

60fps looks really smooth to me.

How isn't 60 FPS 60 FPS? Sure if it drops below 60 it won't be smooth, but at a constant 60 you should see no variation. It won't matter if you're pushing 5000FPS, the monitor can only refresh at 60Hz (or 120Hz).

anything under 70 i feel is moveing slow. @ 120 i feel could be smother. but alot better then 60hz. as for cap cs:S is 300 fps cap. on old 285 i maxed 360ish fps.
Bc2 70-120 depending on map maxed out aa 32.
