Cant find FPS display in ATI CCC panel

I'm rolling with an amd's ATI HD4650 512mb.
I got a new CPU & Mobo and really wanted to know how many FPS are running.
I know my CCC program very well but I cannot seem to find the FPS display mode. This is weird. I have the latest version of CCC and I've been hunting for this for a couple of days now.
My Version doesnt list -Tools- Its not under Video settings, Desktop Management, Common Display Tasks, My digital Flat Panels, Gaming certainly not under Performance (AMD Overdrive).

Did I overlook something? I'd rather stick with ATI I know theres a website Fraps.com but I'm thinking that since I should already have it I wouldnt want another software bogging down my system.

I didin't think that CCC could overlay FPS in a program anyways, so what would be the point? Just snag the free version of fraps as it's identical to the paid version save for the video recording.
