As for the overclocks, Llano may be based on Phenom II cores, but it is also using 32nm transistors which means it should overclock a lot better. But who knows? 5.4ghz seems pretty unreasonable.
If you read 3 posts above yours, you'd have some answers.

looking at the pictures it seems legit and no obvious photoshooooping numbers in so it looks ok i guess, we'll just have to wait and see.

Do I really need to quote Phantom's post again? Read the thread people. It was not 'shopped, HOWEVER, the chip was buggy and at 5.4GHz it performed like it was at 3GHz.

The retail product that will be launched this month (next week?) will not perform this poorly.

Scroll down and you will find more BIOS screenshots like this.

MM, MMMMM, I am loving that x 9.33 multiplier
Notice, the base clock is now 100Mhz, not 200Mhz.

Hi all.
As I don't speak Chinese ,I will write in English so I hope you understand me .

First of all your Llano is not working at 5.4Ghz,there is a bug in bios.Actual clock speed is around 3Ghz (when you see 5.4GHz in CPUz). The ratio between REAL clock and what you see is around 1.75x. So when you saw 2.4Ghz it was actually locked at 1.4GHz,when you saw 4.7GHz it was performing tests at actual clock of ~2.68Ghz.. You get the picture . It is evident from your 3dmark06 CPU test,CPUmark99,superpi and ESPECIALLY AIDA64 results which are all in line with Phenom II @ ~3GHz.

So this Llano sample has some "brake" in BIOS that is limiting your multiplier to 15 or 15.5x,even if you manually select 54x.
So to recap everything:
-Llano's turbo mode is broken on your sample,
-real clock is 1.75x lower than what CPUz reports(2.4Ghz->1.4GHz,4.7Ghz->2.68Ghz,5.4Ghz->3.05Ghz)
-results are in line with Phenom II ,clock per clock, give or take a few percent.

Just wanted to point out this obvious thing to all of you,so you all don't think Llano is slower than K7 at the same clock speed .

Cheers!
Not sure if BIOS screenshots prove anything. Come on Xd, do you really think that Llano at 5.4GHz can not out perform Phenom II at 4GHz in Super Pi even though they are basically the same arch?

But he's a mod, surely he knows better? But his AMD bias is not allowing him to see the obvious.

Just look at the scores, it's pretty obvious the chip is NOT running at 5.4, and if it was, Llano will be a huge disappointment.

CINEBENCH R11.5:
OpenGL: 28.94 fps CPU: 2.89 pts (Stock)
OpenGL: 30.49 fps CPU: 3.68 pts (5.4Ghz)

Phantom's post solved the mystery.

If the chip was that buggy there is no way the CPU will ever perform the way it should at 3Ghz,until AMD makes a new stepping.

I am assuming the chip is an old ES and that AMD has already fixed the issue. Plus it has "2010" written on it and I would think since Llano production ramp was this year that the final silicon will say "2011".

It's not like we have to wait very long for retail benchmarks. It is launching June 14th after all.

I hope you're right.
Priniting 2011 on the final chip would help ease the confusion.
Does the year of production always mean it was made in that year?
My X6 1090T says 2009 on it.
