Back to sensible world, why do you need anything bigger than the MoRa 3 9*140 or the massive EVO 1800? Either of those are going to cool the hottest rig you can make with slow speed fans.

Aquacomputer has this thing called the Airplex Modularity system, you can construct as large a radiator as you want.

This thing is good, but if I make a huge radiator by connecting so many this things together, I'd better win the 649 MAX lottery first

Passive and active cooling radiators are different. You wont do well buying a standard rad and trying to cool your rig passively with it; rads designed for fans generally have a high number of fins per inch. I believe you want a lower number for passive cooling.
