Yes I have it set up right. Like I said there must be some codec conflict. Also Realtek is a piece of **** no matter how many times I try to do something involving that my PC screws up.

yes it won't work. Because of ffdshow doesn't have the detection of other Codecs nor the broken Codec fixes that comes with k-lite. Uninstall ffdshow. If you got any other Codec packs on your system uninstall them. Install k-lite Codec pack. Run its Codec tweak tool so it can fix the crap ffdshow caused due to not detecting that there's other filters on your pc like k-lite does. When you install it choose the one with all the options and choose your speaker config. Do not set your speaker config to 2.1. There's a bug in Realteks driver. look for the Realtek HD driver version 2.35 because its stable.
Then go to ffdshow audio config and do exactly like I instructed you up there^.

People in Adobe forums running a 64bit application complaining about a 32bit Codec pack causing problems which is a lie. 64bit Codecs work with 64bit apps and 32bit ones only with 32bit apps. Also make sure you disable UAC because ms don't like it when people install Codecs that make their wmp a bit more versatile. But use media player classic. Its 10 times better than wmp

Newer versions of Realtek sound BAD to me. I'm on a way old version right now. The new version sounds muffled and weird. Also for videos I use potplayer and for music I just use iTunes.
