The game looks FINE (fine.), the game (from what I played on the demo) plays fine, and its PRICED like a PC game...what more is there to complain about?
And it had some witty one liners that I reminds me of Duke. Which is all I was asking for and so far is being delivered. If the final game is anything like the demo I will be satisfied.

If this is FINE for you , you must have REALLY LOW standards.
I for one won't bother , the demo was utter crap and it had horrible graphics.
It's a disgrace to the name of Duke ........... once a great game.

Disgrace to the name of Duke? I'll take it you've never played the past Duke games, in which case, you should stop discussing this.

I'll reserve judgement until the real thing comes out.

So Duke was a parody of Doom, had a selection of 2-9 guns which conveniently corresponded to the 2-9 keys, a health bar, etc. etc.

Nowadays, there isn't much to parody but Medal of Honor and Call of Duty. And Duke is on the job once again, this time with a primary and secondary weapon, regenerating health, no BOOT!, and a limited number of thrown weapons. If this incarnation of Duke isn't living up to your expectations, then I feel the problem is more in the source material being parodied (read: Call of Duty, Medal of Honor) than in this game itself. Take Duke Forever for what it is, not for what Duke 3D was.
So did you post that on bitgamer too, or did you just steal that?

Games on all platforms usually get leaked like 1-2 weeks before release. People usually get their hands on the game early and distribute it.

PC games sometimes need a day 1 crack to play, so even if the game gets leaked on the PC, the crack might not be available until the games actual release date.

I played the demo. It was nothing to write home about. Game looks like it uses id Tech 4, but really really poorly. Gameplay was okay, but I can see it getting real boring, real fast (repetitive etc)

No company should take 12 years to make an FPS. Crytek made Far Cry, Crysis, Crysis Warhead and Crysis 2 in less time than that. All the 12 years shows is the incompetance of the producers.

With or without piracy, drm would have been forced upon publishers anyway.

Or else you are out of the game production mafia and no money from advertisements

Go Duke,blast them all!!!
