Need a monitor stand recommendation

I'm looking to buy a monitor stand for a 23" LED LCD monitor (so it weighs very little) with about a 6" base. Any recommendations for a sturdy, adjustable height riser/stand?

Man some of the triple monitor stands make me want to get 2 more. Seems a bit counter-intuitive, but it seems that with one of those stands you get more freedom than with a single monitor (and its accompanying flimsy stand).

I think I'm going to revert back my old stand style (i.e. 1-2 textbooks). I sold all of my textbooks at the end of this semester so I am stand-less. Guess I've got to scour the house for something suitable. I would ideally mount it on a stand, but of course my particular monitor doesn't support mounting.
