EA is a PUBLISHER not the DEVELOPER of this game. Dice makes battlefield, crytek makes Crysis they are not one in the same, only their publisher is the same and that does not magically impact the whole performance of the game only minor things.
Was just writing something along these lines

I have no trouble with DLC that BC2 releases Vietnam was worth it(I didnt buy it but I still think it is worth it)

The Special Costumes DLC is fine because they do not hinder the game in anyway and have no immediate impact like more powerful weapons.

The maps were a bit of a letdown for me since they just added new modes for maps that are already available... There are only a few maps that were completely new.

Overall I cant wait to pre-order BF3

Actually the specops dlc added 4 new custom guns that were basically stronger varients of other ones.

So it does somewhat impact the game

It lists studios and subsidiaries, doesn't mean they own them 100%.

Weird how on the second list Crysis is with these :

# Hellgate: London – Flagship Studios
# APB – Realitime Worlds

Hmmm, strange.

Quote:
What Does Subsidiary Mean?
A company whose voting stock is more than 50% controlled by another company, usually referred to as the parent company.

Investopedia explains Subsidiary
As long as the parent company has more than 50% of the voting stock in the subsidiary, it has control. In the case of a foreign subsidiary, the company under which the subsidiary is incorporated must adhere to the laws of the country in which the subsidiary operates, although the parent company still carries the foreign subsidiary's financials on its books (consolidated financial statements).
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/subsidiary.asp

Crytek, as quoted before, is a third-party.

Quote:
Third Party
Also found in: Dictionary/thesaurus, Medical, Acronyms, Encyclopedia, Wikipedia 0.01 sec.

A generic legal term for any individual who does not have a direct connection with a legal transaction but who might be affected by it.

A third-party beneficiary is an individual for whose benefit a contract is created even though that person is a stranger to both the agreement and the consideration. Such an individual can usually bring suit to enforce the contract or promise made for his or her benefit.

A third-party action is another name for the procedural device of Impleader, which is used in a civil action by a defendant who wants to bring a third party into a lawsuit because that party will ultimately be liable for all, or part of, the damages that may be awarded to the plaintiff.

Don't think any of them really were any different from other guns. The support gun I remember having the same stats as another support gun but with a different name.

If I had it installed still I would take a screenshot.

Ok i guess you want them to just drop the ball on release day and never look at BF3 again.
