corsair force 3 recall

someone told me that corsair is doing a replacement deal because of the new sandforce problems but i cant seem to find anything on it

does anyone have any proof of this?

would i know right away if my ssd was subject to this problem via low read/write times or BSOD or a dif problem i might not notice right away such as total drive failure after a bit of usage which i was told was an issue

You probably found this already but Corsair's official instructions on this are found here. If one is to have this type of problem pray it's with a company with as good a return policy as Corsair. I feel for the OCZ Vertex 3 owners, last time I checked OCZ aren't even doing a recall.

Nope. I had enough when their staff couldn't even tell what the LED's meant. Agility 3 seemed to be working well, but how could I really trust it? Exchanged for the Intel 510 yesterday. Installed and set up with far less voodoo than the OCZ.
