Help with a GPU for an old comp

Hey everyone, i'm looking to improve my nephew's pc so that he could run some basic 3d games...

here are the spec's

pentium dual core E5200 2.5GHZ
2GB Ram
Mobo: MSI MS 7383
PSU (Generic, will replace if needed)

He plays games along the lines of these:

so he doesn't really need a monster but what he's got now just wont do (onboard).

what do you think whats the best GPU he can get for about 100-150$?

Dual core pentiums will bottleneck most GPU's over 100$. So, I wouldn't get anything more than a 5770, 460, or 260.
