Yes, in MSI AB open Settings and check "unlock voltage control" and "unlock voltage monitoring". Now you can control the GPU vCore. I personally enjoy undervolting Also, be careful not to run HWMon or GPUz in the same time with MSI AB, something about accessing the sensor by multiple programs causes damage (?) .

So by using higher voltage I can achieve higher performance right?? (with temp within reasonable values)

By using higher voltages you can achieve higher clocks, which leads to better performance - voltage by itself doesn't improve performance.

Also, GPUs degrade faster than CPUs - I personally would never overvolt a GPU.

Really? I've never heard of this before.

I run AB, GPU-Z, and HWMon 24/7. Always have. I've never ran into a problem before. O.o

I have my 6950 at 1000 core and 1500 mem under water.
peak temp is around 40C

you should unlock the frequencies in AfterBurner and up the voltage a tad.

Point your mouse at the checkbox before "Unlock voltage monitoring" and read the page-long tooltip

How much did the water cooling system cost you??

If you can stand a little more noise, you adjust set the custom fan profile in Afterburner to kick in a little harder. It looks like it was going about 51% at 72c. I can personally stand idling at higher fan speed than that, and those higher rpm's will help you dissipate more heat and attain more overclocking headroom.

Obv this is a short term fix compared to water cooling

I managed to get the card run stable at 1.1 voltage - 920(OC)/1250(stock), but at 930 it freezes the PC... do u think I should increase the voltage? If so to what value??
