Granted all cards are different but I need 1.17v at 970 / 1450 and 1.22v at 1000 / 1500. You could get more out of your card if you upped the voltage some more. Personally I would not go over 1.25v but I know lots of people do. I also see a difference in temps of about 10c under load going from 1.17v to 1.22v. 53c max at stock, 65-67c max at 970 / 1450 / 1.22v and 75-78c at 1000 / 1500 / 1.22v. Due to the summer it's been running a little warmer so I've been playing games at 970 / 1450. Not a huge deal, only sacrificing 1-2 fps depending on the game.

If you game with headphones you can crank your fan speed up a little and you won't know the difference.

I plan on playing around with my card a little more this weekend. Gonna shoot for the 1050 / 1550 range and run a few benches.

Well now I run some tests at these specs: 920/1450 1.15v and the temp was 77 and the fan run at 71%... I find it quite high both of the values... why could this be??

Seems about normal to me. If you turn it to 100% fan you would probably see low 70's. Those temps are fine. I don't start worrying about temps till I hit the 80 mark. Even then it's safe I just prefer to stay under it.

How much does it decrease the lifetime of the card or the fan when the fan works in high values 70%-100%???
