Gskill F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL

Corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C9

My config as

CPU- AMD PhenomII X4 965 BE
MOBO- ASUS M4A88TD-M EVO/USB3

I need suggesion becouse in many forum (including Gskill forum) shows that BSOD with AMD 7xx, 880, 890 MOBO due to ram. For this I dont go for 8Gb.

F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL This would be my choice.

I would recommend going with a set with lower Cas Latency, this set is 9. To go to 8 is a $5 difference or to 7 is a $10 difference.

Or spend a ton and go to 6 Cas Latency.

Or save $9 for G.SKILL ECO Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 7-8-7-24. You can oc them to 6-8-6-20-24-1T with 1.6v easily.

yep
still one of the best performing memory for the money on the market
another great option is these
RipjawsXPC312800CL7 1.6v

they probably won't tighten down much on the timings, but they will get good bandwith with overclocking.they will work fine set up correctly on AMD

That odd that it BSOD on a any 8** series mobo. I have 2 set of G.Skill ECOs 2x2gb of ram running @ 1600-1700 6-8-6-20-24-1T with 1.6v in my sig rig.

In my area there is not available Gskill eco series or cl7,
so I must go with cl9 to please myself.

what is the best option to avoid BSOD from 8xxx series MOBO ?

In many forum I read that AMD configuration (AMD CPU, 7xx or8xx series Motherboard, DDR-III ram) suffering from system unstablity or BSOD due to Ram .
What is the reasion ? What is wrong to become BSOD ? Is AMD 7xx or 8xx series Motherboard faulty design like Intel 67 series MOtherboard (couger point). Why AMD Memmory Controler (1) can not make system stable with Ram belongs to QVL, (2) unstable at 1600MHz Ram.
Is Manufactures of Ram can not or unable to reach AMD DDR-III requirement (perticuler specification that need to system stablity) ?
"To-days DDR-III Ram is so tricky, and need to experience hand" is it true ?
