Bust you your motherboard book that came with it. It will tell you how to set up raid. Basically you need to set the storage configuration in the bios to RAID. Then when the raid check starts you need to press a key combo to enter it. Probably ctrl+R or something. Once in there you set up the raid. Pretty easy to navigate around in here. If you are setting these up as a data drive you will need to set the OS Drive as RAID Ready, if you are doing that configuration. If not, dont worry about it. If you are setting these up as your OS drive, then you will need the raid drivers from your manufacturers web site and put them on a flash drive or external drive and load them up. Your motherboard manual should tell you everything you need to know.

I have that board, i think its found in the intergrated peripherals right below the option to turn off the onboard audio. there is a raid setting tab there. When you restart it will allow you to create the raid. You will have to download the raid drivers from the website. you have to download both the 32 bit and 64 bit. install the 32 to detect the drives, then you press F6 and that will allow you to install the 64 to prevent the BSOD.

Then you should be good to go!
