New build - Random BSODs? - Page 3

I honestly think you might be putting thermal a bit wrong cuz everytime you keep getting high temps. Stock cooler suck however and i highly recommend you get a H50 or H70 and you're good to go. Trust me.

Possibly a bent cpu pin? How many times have you removed the cpu? If the heatsink was on right it would not be hitting 60c @ stock, in the bios

An aftermarket cooler is always a good thing but fact is his mom's computer should running fine with a stock cooler to @ stock speeds

just a heat issue, was there a film over the heatsink you forgot to remove? I'm not saying you're that dumb but it happens.

It's normal for the BIOS to display a high CPU temp reading because while in the BIOS the PC doesn't idle and its speed is not adjusted like in an OS environment; it's working at full speed. So that's why you have high CPU temps in the BIOS.

As far as your problem goes, I think it's a faulty motherboard. Have it checked out.

ok there is no bent pin i checked.
i did put the right amont of tim on the cpu

It could be a spelling issue. Do you have a QWERTY keyboard? How do you type bost instead of post? If you're plugging in some strange alien keyboard that makes your spelling and grammar seem like you were born in 2007, it may be shorting out your motherboard somehow.

Just a thought.
