You can try ordering here - though it's on backorder.

Or perhaps maybe try getting a member to order one and have him ship it to you.

Having trouble deciding between this and the Sabertooth. Using both boards with 2 HD 6850's I'll end up with 2 left over PCI-E slots for add on cards. The problem is I'll need the extra SATA port and IEEE port on the Sabertooth, so what ends up the better deal?

Sabertooth with and extra Sound Card (something more comparable to the Crosshair's X-fi)

or

Crosshair with a SATA/IEEE add-on card (is there such a thing that combines both?)

I know that's right! I has $$$ burning a hole in my pocket. Need a new gpu 1st & having trouble deciding on which. Toss up between the MSi 6950 2GB ref, & the Zotac GTX560 AMP ed. Not that this R5770 is a bad back up card...but I miss the raw power.

Except that the Gigabytes have Hybrid EFI, admittedly, Asus's UEFI is nicer. As far as the Crosshairs V is concerned. Yes, slightly better quality of some parts, but not enough to concern yourself with. The extra features the Crosshairs has, aren't any that would be a benefit over the problems it would cause me as indicated below.

Whereas the UD5/7 has something that I do need. A usable placement for the PCI-E x1, or PCI slots (new sound card). Which aren't covered by the gpu's being in the 1st & 2nd PCI-E x16's.

Not to mention, the Crosshair V is a serious color clash with my build. I don't like red I'm not saying the Crosshair V isn't a great board. It just doesn't suit my needs.

And sold out! I secure the funds to buy one tomorrow and they sell out in hours. Maybe they will have some more tomorrow. I hope.

That's crap, I would have bought one if not at work.

Oh well.
What was the price? It looks like they completely deactivated it at the moment.

I've noticed Egg doin that on these types of hot items lately. Almost like they don't want people using the restock auto-notify feature because they aren't sure of the # of unit's they'll get.
