Then how am I getting 70 FPS? I play at 1920X1080, 8XAA and 16XtheotheroneXD . I have not checked my frame rates recently but when I first got my pc it ran it at 70 fps.

All right then guys... I just played some BC2 rush on Valaparaiso (one of my favourites ) and checked my fps with FRAPS and PlayClaw and both we at 46/47... so some of the posts are misleading....
