You could get the bracket to allow your Xiggy to fit...http://www.xigmatek.com/product.php?productid=93

I honestly don't know how good Kuhler H20 620 is, last time I checked these units were a slightly better version of Corsair H50 but not by much as far as I can remember, and Corsair H50 while not bad, is far from top notch.

Check a couple of H20 620 reviews to see if it's your cup of tea, it might be just perfect for you.
Actually I think I will be able to install it as the intake fan to the bottom of the case. And there isn't any room at the top of the case, PSU hogs all the space I think I will be upgrading my case/cooling next winter if I have the money. A i5 2500K, Radeon 6950 setup is a little bit too much for my teeny tiny Sonata III

Thank you guys, I think I'll order the Antec after reading a few reviews

Edit: I think I'll still go with the Antec, Xiggy is quite old and I think it could fit my server/folding/mining rig which I will be building soon

This thing seems to go for $10 to $25 (very quick google mind you, could've missed a great deal), which is nearly as much as a brand new Hyper 212+

Edit: In the end, Sandy Bridge doesn't requite as much cooling as it's older brothers so anything north of Hyper 212+ should be more than enough for mild (4,5GHz) overclocks.
For reference, my Venomous X with 2x CM Blademaster fans keeps 2500k @ 4,5GHz @ 1.32V below 65C in P95/60C in gaming with ambient temps of ~20C. "Safe" temp for Sandy Bridge is said to be between 70 and 80 degrees.

You're from Finland so your ambient temps should help keeping things cool a lot.

If you plan to place your Antec 620 at the bottom of case as intake, please take into consideration the fact it would dump ALL the hot air from CPU into your graphic card.

Yeah, the Antec it is. Saves up some space over my old Xiggy and also runs a few degrees lower. I think it'll be perfect when I hook it up with the intake fan. One less fan to make my rig noisier! Thanks guys altogether, I'm going to bed now, it's almost 2 am here and I'm SLEEPY
