The hyper can go about about 4.5 GHz, no way that mobo can limit it.

Barely, you would have to run the 570's on stock, almost no headroom at all on 650W. You would need at least a good 750W to run 2 570's overclocked + CPU overclocked.

I "wanted" a 750w PSU, because my current one is a Antec EA 650w, I just hate the feeling I'm getting similar items... but current rig I'm using would be sold after I build this one.
You should never run your system above the rated PSU wattage, doing so could damage the PSU and in turn anything connected to it. A Corsair TX650 maybe able to output 700W, but doing so constantly over time could damage it and anything connected to it.

You can run 2 GTX460's overclocked with CPU overclocked just fine on a decent 650W like the Corsair TX650.

What XFX Modular PSU are you talking about?

the XXX series, and no, i own two GTX 570s and have OCed them and measured true power consumption. Then having measured true power consumption of i7 900 series and i7 2600K i know how much wattage a fully OCed to the max CPU would pull, about 200-230watts maximum at full load on air or water in either case.
2600K at 5.2ghz
930 at 4.5ghz.
The GPUs can pull upto 280watts a piece on peak load, but other than that they stay at their TDP.

yes he would be pulling close to the 650 watts, BUT these PSUs can operate and put out a lot more wattage, on top of that it wouldn't be cutting it close, it'd just be putting the PSU to good use. a 750 woudl give more headroom, but gtx 460s are not like GTX 570s.
those figures are measured with current monitoring hardware, the CPU measured by the 12v connectors, and the GPUs measured by the wall.

If I'm reading this correctly, your 2 GTX570's OC and CPU OC consume a total of 790W on load, so then my initial statement would be correct, you would need at least a 750W(or more?) to run 2 GTX570's OC and CPU OC.

As for running 2 GTX460's, they actually run on a good 500W without a problem [Source]

I have the xfx pro 650w it is a great psu.

For the record my sig rig pulls 370w @ 100% cpu/gpu load according to my kill-o-watt meter overclocked, and thats with a thirsty oc 480

I just found out on newegg that there is a promo code for Win 7 64bit, and the surge protector that I wanted. That is a $10 off. I haven't ordered from newegg in years.. so can I use more than 1 promo code at the same time. I have 10 items in total.. and 3 of the items can be used with promo codes, can I enter them all at the same time?

Dual SLI GTX 460's will last me a good long time. The wishlist in the first post is now messed up..
it's basically the CPU+ Mobo combo.. everything in that wishlist, that XFX PSU, and the Samsung F3 1 TB.
Power supply is good to go sir!

As for running 2 GTX460's, they actually run on a good 500W without a problem [Source]
peak load is different than continuous load, you would only see 800watt ish peak if both are extremely high OCed, which a 650 watt PSu can handle if its a good PSU. Plus most ppl can't achieve those OCs for 24/7 use, its too much heat. try dispersing 800 watts of heat.
