I assume you're going off of the temperature in BIOS? Those temperatures are almost always going to be higher as the processor is running at a higher load than when idle in windows. As long as it's not reading some absurd temperature such as 115c, you should be fine.
Bios is not idle and CPU numbers are usually higher than idle in Windows. The temp you see in Bios under CPU temp is not the same as the CPU temp in Real Temp.
If your Bios tells you the CPU Core Temp, then it should be closer or the same as idle in Windows. Some motherboard Bios will tell you the CPU Core Temp, others will not.
