Oh, and as off-topic as that guy's post about you was, it was also dead-on, you're literally on every Apple thread, with your mouth firmly attached to their rear end. I don't see you defending other companies in any threads where people hate on them just like they do with Apple...
It may be dead-on, but you have to admit that there's an EMENSE amount of small-mindedness and group think going on in this thread. Almost every single person is ignoring the facts just so we can have another anti-Apple circle jerk.

FACTS:
-The developer used restricted APIs, which is grounds for rejection.
-Apple doesn't permit apps that closely mimic iOS functionality, present or future.
-It's possible Apple already had their iOS functionality under development.
-It's highly unlikely that Apples code looks anything like the developers code.

But I doubt anyone here will allow facts to get in the way.

This. Also I'd assume that the code would be a lot different because it's built into the iOS, unlike the app. It will probably be about the same in the iPod's hard-drive though, but I'll figure that out when they release iOS 5 and they come out with a jailbreak. (I don't have an iPhone so I couldn't complete the glitch to get the beta).

The problem with people like you is when you're faced with almost insurmountable common sense and logic that doesn't agree with your agenda, you attack the person saying it. I and others have merely pointed out the blatantly obvious, and I've stated it enough times in this thread for you to understand it. You don't need to be a fanboy or a rocket surgeon to get it. So instead of worrying about where and how I post, focus more on the issue and try to have a more open mind. In the mean time, I'll continue to post where and how I choose.

This guy has no case whatsoever. It would be a shame for him to waste the $500K he made in Cydia on taking Apple to court.

Really, what's my agenda? I have nothing against Apple, I've owned 8 iPods and an iPhone.

I'm not saying his app stood a chance in the Apple store, what I'm saying is that if their code closely resembles his (very closely), then it's theft, plain and simple.

Also, I didn't say your posts weren't sound and logical, it's just that your always defending Apple, and only Apple. And you rarely if ever say anything bad about them, and trust me, they're not perfect. Try and see both sides of things, not all Apple "hate" is unjustified.
