Antec earthwatts 430W ATX12V 80 PLUS Certified - Enough for HD 6870?

Antec earthwatts EA430 430W Continuous Power ATX12V v2.0 80 PLUS Certified

+3.3V@20A
+5V@20A
+12V1@17A
+12V2@17A
-12V@0.8A
+5VSB@2.5A

The HD 6870 needs 28 amps on the 12V rails according to AMD. Ive got 34amps. Am I safe?

My current system Im running on this power supply is:

HD 4850 1GB @ Stock Speeds
Phenom II X3 @ 4.1GHz
8GB DDR3 (4x2GB)
250GB SATA HDD
CD/DVD Combo Drive
Gigabyte 770 motherboard

Cooling:

Corsair H60
3 x 120mm Rosewill Case fans

650w is way overkill.

all the hd 6870 reviews say power consumption for is between 275-350w, give or take a little.

and this is with a core i7, 6 gigs ram at least.
