I never played the original Duke Nukem, so I'm not a raging fan or anything and can't speak on behalf of the original. However, I decided to check the demo for the new one. The humor is fantastic, but the game itself is sub par and completely mediocre at best. I honestly feel bad for people who have been waiting so many years for this game.

Makes me wonder if Diablo 3 and all those games are going to wind up the same, too.

The review is pretty much right on, the game is terrible.
