I doubt your stock vid is that high. These chips have a whole table of vid's for different frequencies, so your mobo will read the chip and adjust voltage according to what multi you set(If you leave everything on auto).

In order to determine your actual stock voltage(vid), set the multi back to stock, leave everything else on auto, boot windows and load cpuz 1.57.1

That's your stock voltage.

Then if you want to determine what your chip will do on stock volts you'll have to set vcore manually to the value in the bios that gives you the value you just read in cpuz. They won't be the same; you'll have to set it a bit higher in the bios to hit the value you see in cpuz.

All of this is purely academic and may not matter to you. 1.32v is good for 4.6, I personally don't like leaving the voltage on auto. I like to know I have it set. I would set vcore and see how low I could get it for 4.6 or whatever multi you want to run. Your chip may not even need 1.32, you never know.
You are right it is the qpi/vtt

I run it at 4.2 Ghz at 1.225 vcore Fixed. It keeps my temps idle 35 to load 70 on looong prime95 runs. Low 60s while gaming. i don't see the need for 4.5 ghz... yet!
