For your gpu's sake, i'd say that's a little on the extreme side. Even if it is stable, I wouldn't trust your card lasting very long at those temps/volts. I use 1.15v as well, but my gpu loads at 55-60c, not 89c.

Personally, I would use 875mhz @ 1.1v, much safer.

Otay....going back to 1.10v. Wait till I get water though....

Anyway, back on topic.
I'm testing now at 4.53GHz (105.35 x 43) and DDR3-1966. I was using 4.50GHz (100x45) and DDR3-1866. Same voltages. We'll see how she does.

Also, it would have been interesting to make a poll and ask what people consider a stable overclock.

I consider my Sandybridge stable when it will pass 12 hours + Prime95 Blend custom (Use almost all mem).

Just got a 2500k on a Z68, up from an e8400 @ 4.0. Currently at stock, but would like at least 4.0. Is overclocking pretty much the same or am I in a whole new ball park? If it's different, could anyone point me to some decent guides to check out?

should run LInx on W7 SP1 coz SP1 have AVX enable,it will stress SB more than Prime95 imo...
SB true performance will shine...100GFlops++ easily...

It will heat it up more. However, that does not mean it is a better stability test VS Prime 95 Blend. I don't use IBT anymore. In my opinion it is only good for testing the thermal capabilities of the CPU.
