here's what i found
Universal blocks’ primary advantage is their compatibility with all major graphic cards, regardless of company or model, potentially offering users a long lifetime of use. Universal blocks also weigh less and generally cost less as well, though the tradeoff is they don’t cool critical card components other than the GPU core.

The phantom can take a RX360 on top but the space is tight if you remove the 2 hard drive bays you can get a 240 rad there but the phantom isn't the best case if you want to keep the rads inside

universal Gpu normally just cover the gpu chip and you will need to use heat sinks and maybe fans to cool the other parts

full GPU block does it all but normaly needs the card to be reference based

I suggest you go to the Koolance website and look around. After I went there my bank account has never been the same. I send 3 pictures of two of the most common pumps. One is a Laning DDC and is good for tight places and the other is the workhorse of the watercooling industry. It has a couple of different names but the "655" is what it is widely known as.
