Build looks good.

I would sacrifice 8Gb of RAM for a faster 8GB kit, like this one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231355
Higher speed and lower latencies.

I would prefer to buy a bigger single monitor instead of those two, but i don't have the need to use 2 monitors, as you probably would, so i won't give further opinion on the subject.

All hardware seems OK to me though.

the two monitors mostly be used for photoshop and was gonna used a 42 inch lcd that i already own for gaming sry should have mention that and i had plans of over clocking my cpu and ram though never done oc so im not sure what speed on on the ram are gonna end up with though only thing im concern with if my power supply is gonna be big enough also need a little bit of room for upgradeing and 2-4 years of usage

I just found out that i posted a 4GB KIT although i was browsing the 8GB...nvm

PSU is solid, and you won't need more than 850W to run a GTX570 SLI setup. If you have doubts on what PSU to buy, take a look at this thread:
http://www.overclock.net/power-suppl...-supplies.html

OCeing the RAM can be quite a PITA sometimes, so i prefer to buy a good fast kit and look for a small OC to it, instead of a slower kit for a BIG OC. But that's just me.

If you really need the 16GB amount of RAM, you will be fine with the one you chose

Everything looks pretty good, only things I can suggest are:
Different brand of SSD, OCZ's are just too unreliable imo.
You may want to get a Samsung F3 1tb HDD for programs that can't fit on the SSD, but would run slow on the Storage drive.
8gbs of RAM is probably more than enough, but you'll have the option to upgrade anytime.
Can't comment on the Razor mouse, I would go to the store and "feel it" if you can. I heard there are some major quality issues with them, so you may want to look into Logitechs lineup.
Also, RAM doesn't play a role in overclocking (your cpu) in this platform. If anything it is HARDER to oc(your cpu) with faster RAM.

Biggest worry, look into your monitors, I don't know much about monitors, but those monitors (for the price point) seem expensive, and they are not even 1080P.
