Looks good, plenty of cpu power , vram for 1080 if needed, and you have Nvidia purevideo hardware acceleration support. Only thing I can suggest is a remote along the lines of this.

Only thing I would change would be the video card, a Radeon 5450 is same price or cheaper and offers better performance and lower power consumption. Or go with a gt520 for $5-10 more, I don't think the GT210 is a good buy for that price.

Also, you'll need to factor in the price of a Blu-Ray Software cause that's a OEM Drive with no blu-ray software.

Wouldn't a mobo with a 785 chipset play blu ray with out the need of a video card? Might save a few bucks if it will.

not a bad setup man, but I think you should get a better video card because the 210 sucks so bad.

It looks good to me, except I'd say go ATI, they are generally better cards for an HTPC build. The 5450 is perfect for your purposes. Don't try to use onboard graphics, they won't handle 1080p reliably. You can save about $20 on the CPU if you'd like, get something cheaper and/or used.

Also, as far as I know there isn't much software support for blu-ray playback at the moment. Nothing open source/freeware, and to get full surround sound you have to pay upwards of $100. This could have changed in the past month or two (when I was building my HTPC and looked into it), so do your homework before you purchase the hardware.
