That board is PERFECT in terms of color... Too bad it wasn't a Z68 chipset.

hey i have a question for you guys. what would be an excellent cpu heatsink/fan? you know one that keeps things very cool with out eating too much real-estate? and also one that i can mount to have it exhaust out of the top of the case and not eat up any RAM slots. the latter of these is more important.

and another question. on the top rail why is there a notch with a screw hole? looks like i should be able to put something there but I've looked all over the net.

If you want real estate I would get an all in one water cooler like the Corsair H50 or H80. They start around $60-$90 depending which one you choose and will keep you cool forever. You could I guess mount the rad on top in the First fan spot but would look wierd in my opnion, the second fan spot you would have a problem with the PS2/USB Ports being in the way to mount there. I would Mount the rad and fan on the back wall. You would then see that sexy board real well. If you don't wanna go water I say almost anything Cooler master. I've heard the Hyper Series is a great cheap setup upto there V6 and V8 air cooled. Note the V8 probaly would block your first ram slot if your ram has a large heatsink. I have a silenX air setup (huge) while it works great and it was silent with the stock fan, All silenX fans have a very short life span.

I'm not sure what notch your talking about the notch on top, I think your talking the channel above the drive bays. If it's that that's for wires to run threw if you run a top drive. The screw is for support of the top acrylic.

nvm the notch i was talking about was for the psu cage. i looked at it again this morning and realized it.

and i do want to go water but i want to go with a custom loop. so i guess ill just wait till i buy all the pieces and parts.

I updated the ss.

If I missed someone who posted a pic of their case, please let me know.

My loop was a kit, and it cost me $140 from EK. The pump handles a 360 RAD. I use the 120 RAD that came with it and a Swiftech 240. My CPU and both GPU's are in the loop. All stay under 40C under load at the same time (Folding)
