Oh boy. Time to read up on why these kinds of tools aren't very good for many things.
Just a few things for you to know:
*RAM is there for a reason, so let it fill up with things it needs, that's why things load and operate faster.
*Advanced System Care can screw up lots of things but I'll point out one major issue - by using it and not paying attention to what it is 'automatically' fixing, you can inadvertently enable automatic restarts on BSOD and other
errors even if the button under 'Startup and Recovery' is unchecked. This is true from Windows XP to Windows 7, sadly.
*The health ratings that run with Advanced System Care do not calculate performance based processes, RAM and pagefile usage as it should, but yet solely focuses on load of the processor at it's given frequency
. This tends to cause erroneous readings of inadequate performance
*The malware, defragger, and the privacy checkers all have their own problems. Malware detects frequently installed programs as flagged malware, the defragger isn't setup to move files into proper positioning, and the privacy sweeper/checker always shows the exact same amount of privacy problems on brand new XP installs as well as fully finalized and tweaked installs.
These programs are.. as bad as many others that claim to automate computer maintenance without any real hassle. I encounter it daily.
You ought to quit using them really...
