Very possibly a memory error.

Burn Memtest86+ to a CD and boot from it, let that run for a while and see if there are any errors at all.

Unless you looked at the minidump files, you can't really say that it's a memory error. Yes it's possible, but there's a lot of other things it could be; overheating hardware, bad hard drive, bad memory, etc.).

I tried installing the windows debugger but it's not working on this computer. I'll try when I get home.

The dump files are saying that something is bad within your registry. Can you run a chkdisk on the computer?

REGISTRY_ERROR (51)
Something has gone badly wrong with the registry

Pausible causes:

-- the registry encountered an I/O error while trying to read one of its files. This can be caused by hardware problems or file system corruption;

-- a failure in a refresh operation, which is used only in by the security system, and then only when resource limits are encountered;

Since the dump files are referencing "services.exe" and "ntkrnlmp.exe" I'm going with file system corruption.

The little I've been seeing online for the various things I'm seeing in your dump files, that other's have experienced, most have had to do a system restore or reinstall of Windows to fix it.
