Hello guys. I think something is wring with my psu. Early morning there is no smell yet. But around 10 am (didn't use the pc since last night) when i got home i smell something strange. Didn't know what was it at first. I used the pc to game for an hour. No issues. But then this evening when i turned on my pc again, the smell became stronger and noticed it came from my psu. Is this a failing psu? Although my pc is still turning on i decided not to use it. I know it is a cheap psu but when i bought it, it was in a bundle and didnt know alot on parts yet. So no choice. Dont bash on me cause i have this diablotek. Reply please asap

I saw on page 102 of this thread (or there abouts) that the max lenght that a GPU for this case could be 280 mm. So im looking for a GPU that is good and will fit. Once again thanks guys and gals.

Oh yeah im not loyal to AMD or NVIDIA graphics so either one will do but i must be able to Crossfire/SLI them.

Hey there,

You will be fine, but as someone said before me, you will have to remove the MIDDLE HDD cage. You can still put two HDD-s on the bottom cage, and you can also fit 2 SSDs at the bottom of the case. Or you can move the SSD case from the bottom to the top of the bottom-HDD cage. There are plenty options with this case. My hd7970 toxic gpu-s are longer a bit than 280 and they fit perfectly.

Hope it helps, if you don't have the manual for your case let me know, I can send it to you.

If you suspect that your PSU is faulty, it's best to just replace it before it blows your other components. A strange smell coming from it is certainly a reason for concern. I've seen enough PCs that were blown by a faulty PSU. I don't think you have to buy the really expensive stuff, as long as you stick with a well-known brand. I've been using Huntkey for a while now, and it seems reliable. And if you haven't done so yet, I'd suggest unplugging your PC until you can buy a replacement.

I'm almost finished my first build with this case. Can anyone advise how they mounted the small internal speaker? It appears to come with a mount but the wire is so short there is not much you can do with the speaker other than hang it loose or tie it off with a zip tie. Great case and looks superb....fans very quiet too!

I tied mine to the motherboard tray next to one of the cable management holes. Many motherboards have built-in speakers though.

yep cheers. I zip tied it off. The mount was actually for the locking mechanism. Just fired up the machine with GTX 670 installed...looks superb in Planetside 2.
