It should. It can fit full ATX boards like that one. I am the Stig has a similar board with it being the z68 instead of p67. why not the newer gen3? same price...

Also wondering if the V6 GT cooler will fit on the p8z68 deluxe/gen3 with 4, 4 GB cosair vengeance ram
post #426 of 2347
Was examining the innards of my case earlier to see if I can work anything out with cooling, and I realized that the top 200 mm fan I installed was flipped the wrong way meaning that with the rising heat, the fan was actually not pulling the heat away from the heat sink. Little details I guess redface.gif

IMO, You should remove that center HD cage though and drop those 2 you have down to the bottom, helps with airflow and aesthetics.

thanks for the tip. ive just dropepd the 2 HDs down, but not sure if it matters which one i have on top? at the moment I have my SSD on the bottom.

Also, how do I remove the centre cage? I didnt have much time to have a good look... bit I think its just screwed in place?

Correct, there's few screws that you have to remove the backside to get to. Then you just pinch the two tabs in the front and pull out.

I have a V6 GT and 4 sticks of corsair vengeance 4gb ram. If you have the tall corsair vengeance sticks (not the low profile ones), 1 stick wouldnt fit on the slot closest to the V6 GT. However, similar to what I did with mine, you can remove the heat spread on one of the RAMs so it can easily fit underneath the V6 GT. The heatspreads on the RAM really dont really help with their temps, theyre more for show.
