How to troubleshoot/fix this...?

My power just went out... It came back and I turned on my PC... I get all the appropriate screens (motherboard logo, everything checks and appears, says my RAID is fine and normal, all of my devices are detected...

It gets to the Windows screen and it loads for a second like normal... And then the screen goes black... It hangs like that for about 2 minutes and then I reach the log in screen... Once I log in my screen turns blue (not BSOD blue, but like turquoise) and then sits there about 45 seconds and then my PC turns itself off...

I don't know what to do now... I restarted and ran the recommended Windows repair tool... About 30 seconds into it both my mouse and my keyboard were no longer detected and it asked me to do a system restore... About 5 minutes later my mouse and keyboard worked again so I clicked restore... It ran a couple seconds and then said the problem was fixed and I should now restart... I restart and same deal...

EDIT HERE: CORRECTION It didn't restart after that blue screen, it was just sitting there, not doing anything, with no fans running and no lights... I had to hold the power button to turn it off...

I don't know what to do at all... So can someone help me and recommend something? I am in a college dorm room, I have no spare parts...

Thanks

Ok it actually just starting working normally on its own I didn't change anything...

Can you guys recommend something for me to test the stability of everything, make sure it isn't going to die in 10 minutes?

Thanks

Just run some a stress test like prime95 Blend test for a few hours and memtest and run the disk check program in windows.
