Do the higher flow rate bring down noise from pump or anything?

I do have a powerful pump, and I have two radiators so I can put between the only two blocks that I have now. Would I really benefit from a 370 then?

I have to import a 370 into my country if I am to get one, as I can't find it at any stores here. The XSPC rasa I can get on the web and pick up at their warehouse, and it would most likely be cheaper than importing a 370. And it is much easier to get warranty issues with it here.

The only thing I kinda boil it down to, the performance between the two (if flow rate doesn't bring much more to the table for me)
