And if you keep scratching your head about ASUS, save yourself the trouble and go Gigabyte
I gotta give props to what I prefer

...and the reason is? I have an ASUS board, sure, but such posts that are baseless can be considered fanboism.

First board I bought P8P67 Pro was a lemon, all sorts of issues in its 1 day life. Returned that and bought a MIVE, much happier even thought I spent a bit more than what I originally thought was reasonable for a SB 1155 board.

Relax fella If you read post #7 & #9, you'll clearly see that I got love for ASUS. Gigabyte has always been my choice of preference cuz I've never had problems with Gigabyte. As for ASUS, I've never owned 1 but I have no doubt based on site reviews & friends that use ASUS mobos are top-tier boards just like Gigabyte. So the post was not pointless or baseless since there never was no diss to ASUS from me. All I was implying was that if he can not make-up his mind about buying ASUS, he can always go with Gigabyte to assure himself that he will have a reliable mobo
