My PC parts are:

CPU: I7 2600K
GPU: Sapphire HD6950 2G (reference design)
Mother board: ASUS P8Z68 V-Pro
Ram: G.Skill 1600 8G (2x 4G)
HDD: WD Caviar Black 1T SATA3
SSD: INTEL 320 Series G3 40G
CASE: HAF 932
PSU: Corsair AX750 80PLUS

would the PSU be powerful enough?? The system will be under water as well..

It will be much, much more than enough.

If you haven't made the purchase yet, you can save a good bit of money by going with a 650W unit.

Don't bother with the HX650. THIS is a similar unit internally and is far cheaper.

You don't need 650w though, a good 450w could power that rig + overclocks easily.

Case fans consume next to nothing (<1w) unless you have loads of 3-4k RPM 120mm's or something.

Corsair don't make their own PSU's, they use Channel Well, Seasonic, and Flextronics. The HX650 in particular uses the S12E Seasonic platform, and the XFX also uses the same S12/E platform in the XXX 650w. They're 99% identical, just a different housing.

Corsair aren't the best, not by a long shot, but their CS is very good (along with Antecs). If you really had to pick a best PSU manufacturer, it would be Delta IMO, as they're extremely consistent.

Both the XFX and Corsair have a 5 year warranty.

That particular XFX unit is highly rated and one of the best 650W for the price.
