Motherboard somehow lost settings now I cant get my TPF back

Started right before my old power supply crapped out. I turned the PC off and when I turned it back on all of my motherboard settings were erased. I put them back to what I had them before but I BSODs. Then the PSU blew and I bought a new one and still have bad TPF.

3.9-4.2 is all the same. ~36min TPF vs 33:30 that I used to have at the same settings. Any ideas?

Also before all this started I had virtually no voltage drop on vcore. Now I can set it for 1.4v and still reports drops all the way down to 1.34v and then BSOD. Ive tried both vdroop control and w/o vdroop control. Could my motherboard be going bad?

I just woke up and realize that some of this may be unclear or missing info, so feel free to have me clarify.

Unfortunately I don't know anything about evga motherboards and what there setting are called, Asus man here so some of the things I say may be unfamiliar to you. But when you redid your settings did you enable load line calibration what were your previous ram speed / timings and V, are they the same now. Are you using the same multiplier there are many things that can make a big difference on i7's they are about the most finicky chips I have ever seen when it comes to multipliers, ram speed / timings and voltages. They will run stable at allot of different settings but only run really good when everything is just right.

load line calibration is vdroop for evga. And I have tried with and without vdroop enabled.

vdimm is 1.65v, 1743MHz, 99924. Ive tried that and no avail. Thats what it used to be.

Multi is 23x. and blck is 175. That seems to be, or at least was, one of my chips best spots.

At one point I did a TPF of 31:50 on a 6901, but didnt write down the settings I used. =/

9-9-9-24-?- -?T or N which ever they use 1 / 2 or 3 can make quite a bit of difference with the i7's is it possible you were running 8-8-8 before. And do you have speed step turned off and CPU thermal protection off.

Yea all the protection stuff is turned off. As for ram the 99924 is all I mess with all other timings are auto.
I dont think I did 888 before, my ram doesnt OC well. I had a 2:10 setup so it was ~1750mhz and if I recall right, my system didnt like 8 timings with that. only 9s

So got the settings tweaked a bit and am pulling 34:16 TPF but I noticed something funny when I was looking at CPU-Z

I "SUPPOSEDLY" have 800MHz but CPUZ shows 667? Explains why when I clear BIOS, it always defaults to 1066MHz... All packaging and stickers on ram show its supposed to be 1600, but obviously is not the case. On the part number even it supposed to end in 6GBNQ but CPUZ shows 2GBNQ... Yea so hopefully g.skill can fix this.

Other than that, anyone have suggestions on getting lower TPF?

vcore
IOH/ICH I/O @ 1.5v
ICH vcore @ 1.1v
QPI PPL vcore @ 1.125v
IOH vcore @ 1.1
CPU VTT @ 1.3v (in the bios it have +XXXmv. I have mine set to +200mv)
vdimm @ 1.65
blck @ 178
multi @ 23

NB @ 3551MHz
QPI Link @ 3196MHz

RAM:

You ram is rated for 1600. It's just that anything over 1333 is classed as overclocked. Mine is rated for 2000 but see what cpu-z says

I have never had the problem of losing setting's but when I find the stable clock I save the profile in the bios. Anything goes wrong you just load the file and your good again.
