I just change the BC to 160, turn turbo boost off and set the multi to 25...obviously turn off hyperthreading...and its 4.0 with no problems....I didn't even have to mess with the voltages..... so since what I did was so easy... I am probably missing the point of this post as I am sure it is way over my head...lol... but just thought I would chime in...

If you set everything to auto, voltage to offset, ram to spec, and the multipliers to what he^ said you should be able to boot up and be stable no problem. I am...and i'm at a 4.2ghz oc...you may need ot set the vcore a little lower than what auto gives you though. And you can leave hyperthreading on if you want.
