ZOTAC 890GXITX-B-E Where to Buy??

http://www.zotacusa.com/zotac-amd-am3-890gx-mini-itx-wifi.html

I have not found the "B" version of thsi board which comes with a PCI Express x 16 slot, which the "A" version does not.

Any ideas where to buy in the U.S.? Or perhaps it has not been released yet?

As maybe the only Mini ITX board that can handle a 140W CPU, has Sata III, USB 3.0, and a PCI Express X 16 slot... this is the holy grail of SFF builds.

Help appreciated.

First BIOS(initial release) is dated 5/30/2011, so should be out soon

It's a 4+1 phase and the MOSFETs actually cooled. I can see why they would rate it 140W. At most I would slap a 125W processor on it, and DO NOT OC. The VRMs would probably get toasty on there from the beginning, since they have to be fit on such a small area, which means parts quality compromise.

I was actually planning on re-using my 965BE 125W running stock speeds with a CM Geminii S. It should be plenty cool, it is not going to be used for gaming.

I just stumbled on to something here. I sent an email to Zotac requesting more information on the board, and got into an interesting correspondence with one of their sales reps... I think I may have seen something I wasnt supposed to see. See the email thread below:

Hi xxxxx,

Thank you for your interest and in ZOTAC products.

We do not currently have a model named the 890GXITX-B-E, but we have been selling the 890GXITX-A-E for a couple months now. You can find this item at Newegg and other retailers.

please provide more info.

Looks like this was placed mistakenly on the site. It will be removed immediately.

We currently only sell the 890GXITX-A-E model.

Immediately after I received his reply I checked their site, and sure enough it has been removed. However I still found it on their international site:

http://www.zotac.com/index.php?option=com_wrapper&view=wrapper&Itemid=100026&lang=en

So either this is still in pre-production and they were not supposed to have it on their site, OR it is not available in America. I sent a reply asking if/when they are going to release a Mini ITX 890GX series with a PCI Express X 16 slot card... doubting I get a reply again.

either way, now I am feeling scammed... need answers now!

that has to be a typo, because the overview paragraph calls it a PCI Express X16 slot, which it clearly is in the pictures.

...update, I called Zotac Sales reps on the phone. it turned into an interrogation with them being silent when I asked questions about this board. what I was able to conclude from the sales rep. was that this board was going to be released in the U.S. soon, but now they have scrapped the idea in favor of developing a 990/970 AM3+ board.

this makes sense with the new AMD processors coming soon. but since they cant give me any timelines, I am swithing the project over to Sandy Bridge. I found a nice little Mini ITX by ECS loaded with features and a sweet gray color scheme.
