I have it and love it. I would only get it for light gaming use, it wont perform as well as youd want it to on games like Metero 2033 and stuff. With your processor, i dont think you would anyways. If you want to spend a little more, go for a 5770 or 6770. If you dont, i cant still say its a great card, especially for your rig.

A 5770 doesn't use much more power than a 5670.

Also, if you actually plan on playing games that are relatively modern it may be a good idea to start looking at a new PC. Given that, any dedicated GPU will be a MASSIVE upgrade over crappy Intel onboard.

If you dont want to pay more for a new PSU, which you would need, i would definately go for the 5670. I can play most games like Borderlands and Assassins creed Brotherhood maxed out with no problems. So i definately recommend it.

The 5670 will play all games, maybe not everything maxed, but it can play any game. I wouldn't use a 5670 at 1080p though. You may want to opt for a 5770 or 460SE if you wanna go for a cheap card that will play games at 1080p well.
