I keep getting a message saying theres no operating software detected!

For my sister I just bought a used 80 gig HDD. I installed Windows with all other programs and such on it that she uses on her 320 gig HDD. Once it is all set up, I cloned the drive onto the 80 gig drive (it was only about 15 gigs) and then disconnected the 80 gig drive (but left it in the computer).
Now whenever it gets so screwed up it needs a reinstall, I just get on it, copy all her new pics and documents to a flash drive, then hook the 80 gig drive back up and copy the image back over to the 320 gig drive. Takes about an hour total at most to do, and she has a "fresh" install.

I use the free version of Acronis from WD, since both drives are WD.
