This is actually quite a simple answer, one that those of us with SSDs should know. Disable Internet Explorer, and take away admin rights so other browsers can't be installed from a flash drive. You will still be able to re enable it later too.

you don't need to setup anything. They run of a Usb stick without needing admin rights. You just double click and its all automated.
