The top 3 560 Ti's offer near 570 performance for a significantly lower price anyways.

The top 3 being?

I was considering the EVGA gtx 560ti FPB.. Because its only 239$ australian and that seems like a bargain

MSI TFII Golden Edition, or the TFII/OC, but for the price of the Golden Edition it makes much more sense to get the Hawk which is superior to it in every aspect for the same price.

MSI Hawk TFIII - Best

EVGA Superclocked - A particular version of it though, don't remember it's name, but it had a 950mghz core, I wasn't able to find it on newegg at the time I'm writing this message.

There was a 1ghz one but it seemed to sell absurdly fast and I think it also had a tendency to die on people, I think it was discontinued, I'm not sure.

Others come close, but, keep in mind based on the price you're paying and performance you get, the high end 560 Ti's are an excellent price to performance ratio. Logically, the 570's do outperform these cards, but, you're also paying quite a bit more and some of the 560 Ti's are amazing OC cards and can come closer to 570 performance.

Is this the card you're talking about ?

I'd pay a bit more and aim for one that's not that close to reference speed. Regardless, that would still be a great card. I came from a 9600 GT and I'm enjoying my Hawk and, to be honest, you'd enjoy any of the 560 Ti's I mentioned.

Yes sir, it's honestly amazing performance for the price. I was dead-set on getting that card, but, the Hawk was released several days before I obtained my money so the choice was obvious as the Hawk was only $20 more.

Maybe with The Witcher 2, but other than that you're fine. My GPU usage sits around 40-60% on that game (which is really annoying), but your bottleneck would not be nearly that bad since your GPU is not as powerful. But, I haven't seen a bottleneck with my 560 Ti @980/2300 in anything other than that game, so I think you're fine. Even if you have a bottleneck in that game, I'd expect your GPU usage to still be over 85-90% at all times. In short, I think you're okay.

Absolutely

As I said, I came from a 9600 GT, we essentially have the same performance processor wise, we also have the same native res, so I can give an accurate comparison.

You will see a CPU bottleneck in the cycle hungry dual core games, but you'll dominate any game that's a true quad core game.
