What temps do you get on your single 360 rad? - Page 2

I have a black ice 360 with push/pull fans on a fan controller. With the fans at full blast I get max temps of 38c on one gtx480, 44 on 2nd card and 30c on my x6 1090t.

With fans set to barely audible, I get 40c on one card, 46c on 2nd card and 34c on processor.

All temps are on full load during benchmark or gaming. Rad is mounted outside the case on the back. Hope this helps!

I have a Black Ice 360mm GTS 360 (the thin one) and a EK HF Supreme with a XSPC pump/res combo and im getting just under 80C load with some al chepo thermal past.

My new stuff should be arriving in about 4 days and in there will be a RX360 and some shin estu smile.gif

Oh and I am running a i7 930 @ 4.2ghz on 1.275 volts smile.gif

Your setup needed a remount, not really new hardware. Whatever paste you use, whatever radiator, you shouldn't see those temps at that voltage.... My H50 got 10c lower temps than that (at 25-26c ambient), and it sucked...

I've got a GTX360 with 2 panaflo 2100rpm fans and one YL 2200rpm fan, they will keep my 2600k@4.3ghz (stock voltage) under 60c and 2 6950s at 900/1375 (stock voltage) under 45c full folding on CPU+2GPUs, prime stays at 60. My water temp after folding for 24 hours stays under 10c DeltaT, though it's pushing the limits.

Okay let me rephrase, I have really really bad thermal past and I dont have enough and I lost the one spring for my EK HF supreme so im using a make do one.

I also only have 3 fans on rad which are 800rpm ones.

So all considering I think im doing alright smile.gif

Reading this thread it seems like temps are really not that much lower than on air cooling, but it's 5x more expensive frown.gif

Will that even improve temps noticeably by doing it that way?

The cost alone for doing that put me off trying since you would need just so much extra fittings, not to mention a single rad is not that much cheaper from any other.
