some loop questions

hi so im putting togheter a wc loop and im almost ready to start i just need the final peices such as mobo/ssd/few other non wc parts but for my wc parts list iv got a 3 ek 6970 blocks with a parralel sli bridge 3/8th id tubing bitspower compression fittings 2 mcp 655 pumps with an ek dual serial pump housing, ek hf surpream cpu cooler, blackice gt 360 radatior with 3 5400 rpm gentle typhoon fans, and im having a coustom resivour built for the theme of the pc......and my question is that iv seen on the fourms that in your loop its supposed to go res,pump,rad,blocks....and the liquid cooling on this pc is more for the looks then the preformace (im not looking to push overclocking to its absolute limit) so im trying to keep it looking as clean as humanly possible im not 2 concerned about tempeture as long as its still signifiganly better then air cooling..........would there be any severe drawbacks if i were to have the loop go from the resivor down to the pumps then have them pump the liquid up through the gpu blocks then the cpu block then into the radatior then back into the resivor? and how much harder would the the pumps have to work if i had them pump the liquid up through the blocks and into the rad vs having them pump up into the rad and down through the blocks? because if im able to have them pump upward then after leaving the raditor i can just use one nice straight tube right over to the resivour....any advice would be really helpfull thanks

yea thats what seems to be the recomended but the problem with that for me is that i would have to have a tube come all the way up from the pumps to go into the rad b4 going through the blocks which if i did it gpu blocks first there woudl only be an inch or so of tube b4 entering the blocks........is it "impossible" 2 pump upwards or is it just that the cpu would take a hit on tempeture because like i said as long as its not to the point where id be better off getting a big fan for the cpu then it would be ok
