asrock p67 extreme4 mobo does not boot on new install

Hello All,

I am new to this. This is the first rig I put together.
asrock p67 extreme4
i7 2600k
ASUS nVidia GeForce 210 Silent 1GB DDR3
Thermaltake W0070RUC TR2 Series 430W psu
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
Corsair Vengeance Blu 16 GB PC3-12800 1600mHz DDR3

This configuration does not want to boot -- i check the connections the best I can.
The Debug LED shows 60, and then a couple of numbers that go away too quickly for me to notice them.

The mobo cycles through the process every 3 seconds or so.
All the three case fns and the cpu cooler fan come on when it is going through this process.
I've tried taking out 3 pieces out of 4 of the memory
I've tried resetting CMOS
I previously has the hard drive and the DVD also connected, but I subsequently disconnected those.

I cannot see anything on the monitor the entire time the mobo is cycling through this process, and the monitor simply says no video signal.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

fyi.. I also posed this in Tom's Hardware.

Thanks

Well this isn't good. I just bought a 2500K and was hoping to get an Extreme4 myself. I'll follow this thread to see what happens.

I switched to a 650W psu, and the problem went away. So I guess the problem is not the mb.
