I currently have a 5870 and questioned if it would be a wise decision to "upgrade", or if it even was an upgrade. I am also trying to keep future games in mind and which might be better in the long run. I am only using 1 monitor to game on so im not looking to get anything for eyefinity specifically.
The only reason i would sell the 5870 is to pocket some extra and/or save myself some money before it depreciate even lower in the future. I do think 5870 will be powerful for at least 2 years from now just based on what games are coming out.
