Screen showing lines. Need new monitor

Unfortunatly today my Acer B233Hu broke down. The bottom side of the screen is showing lines. This also happens when the computer is turned off so I know it's the monitor. I also tried different cables and switching from DVI to VGA.

So, it looks like I'm going to need a new monitor. This monitor is only 9 months old so it is going to be RMA-ed. Now the thing I liked about this monitor is that it has a high resolution of 2048 x 1152. From the looks of it monitors with this resolution are quite rare so I probably have to switch back to 1080p. I use the monitor for web browsing, gaming and small business.

What I would like the monitor to have:
- HDMI and DVI.
- Resolution of 1080p or higher (I'm used to 2048x1152).
- Size can vary from 21.5" to 24".
- Price around $190. Can be $220 if it's really worth it.

My current choices:
- Iiyama Pro Lite E2472HD-B1 - €189
- BenQ VW2420H - €189
- Samsung Syncmaster XL2370 - €188
- LG IPS236V - €179 (also an IPS panel like the Dell)
- Dell U2311H - €199 (highest ratings)

The LG is the cheapest choice, highest contrast, has HDMI (the Dell doesn't) and lowest power usage. Just can't find any good reviews (yet). It seems to be the best monitor considering price and specs.

If nobody is going to post, I'm going with the LG

Bump.

This is the monitor I'm going to order tonight.

Edit: found the Dell U2311H for €188 and ordered it.
