HD 5570 3 monitors problem!!

Hey guys one of my friends has a problem with his card (HD5570). As i saw here http://www.amd.com/us/products/deskt...-overview.aspx 5570 can support 3 monitors so he bought this card http://www.sapphiretech.com/presenta...000101&pid=318 . In the store salesman told him that this card is capable to support 3 monitors with different resolutions.

So he had 2 monitors on the card and everything worked fine until yesterday when he tried to connect the third one. I went there , we searched everything like : unistall/install new drivers change the resolutions on every screen but nothing worked. In Catalyst Control Center when we were trying to extend ,the Gateway CCC was saying something like "If you extend this monitor another monitor will have to be disabled" go figure...
So has anyone any good ideas ?

BTW the 2 monitors works on 1920x1080 resu and the third one that we have tried to connect on 1680x1440.

you usually need a passive (cheaper) or active (expensive) VGA-->DVI adapter to get the third monitor going on the 5000 series. Something like this:

What connection is the third one on? You will need an active displayport > DVI/HDMI/VGA to make it work, passives don't always work.

The first 1920x1080 24" is connected to DVI directly
The second 1920x1080 40" with this http://www.lexco.de/artikel/11113028...-kupplung.html
The third one 1680x1440 is connected with this http://vgatodviadapter.com/wp-conten...VI-Adapter.jpg

We have tried every combination And still only 2 monitors works together .

http://www.lexco.de/artikel/11113028...-kupplung.html WILL NOT WORK. I don't think that version that you have will support EYEFINITY.

Edit: Okay here's your problem, based on the card you have listed:

-Connect the DVI normally to the monitor and video card
-Connect the VGA normally to the monitor and video card
-Connect the final monitor with a standard VGA normally. Use the Active VGA to DISPLAYPORT adapter I have to your video card.

ALTERNATIVELY:
May work also, and is only $30. People say it works for eyefinity, but I haven't tried it.
Problem solved.

I tried to connect the monitor with that but it didnt worked either . Btw i found this link http://www.overclock.net/monitors-di...post-here.html
Is this stands for the 5570 too ? Is this means that i need one of these monitors ?http://www.displayport.org/consumer/...ces#pcmonitors for my display port ?

Noo... You don't need a displayport on your monitor (though it would be nice). I'm sure all of your monitors at least have a VGA or DVI.

To get eyefinity to work, you WILL need a displayport adapter to connect to your video card (the HD 5570).

The adapters I have listed above will work. Remember, you will need an ACTIVE VGA->DP or ACTIVE DVI->DP adapter which can be found on the links I provided.

You can set the resolution to whatever you want using you Catalyst Control Center.
